Cancelling a ticket purchase

Cancellation is handled in accordance with Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 1981, its regulations, and other applicable provisions as amended from time to time.

For a distance transaction involving leisure services, where the relevant statutory rules apply, cancellation may be available within 14 days of the transaction or receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided that more than 7 non-rest days remain before the service date at the time of cancellation.

Where cancellation is made in accordance with law, the cancellation fee may be 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. Actual processing expenses may be included only where and to the extent permitted by law and the circumstances of the transaction.

After a cancellation is approved and the refund is completed, the cancelled tickets become invalid for event entry. Released seats, places, or tables may return to sale inventory.

Customers who may qualify for an extended cancellation period

In cases provided by law, a person with a disability, senior citizen, or new immigrant may qualify for an extended cancellation period, subject to statutory conditions and appropriate supporting documentation. These requests are flagged for manual organizer review.

If the request does not meet the standard conditions

You may still submit a request. Atlas will show the organizer that standard eligibility was not automatically confirmed. The organizer can then decide whether to approve a full or partial refund or decline the request in accordance with applicable law and circumstances.
